Aim: To produce a simple pipeline that includes pre-processing, synchronization and cross-frequency interaction analysis and visualization

Description: The neural oscillations and how they are related to brain communication are big thing in neuroscience now. The main aim of this project is to explore the some EEG/iEEG data and to explore and test "synchronized gating" hypothesis (Florin & Baillet, 2015). By creating a simple pipeline, this project aims to relate synchronization metrics and cross-frequency metrics, and see some pitfalls of the methods.
